We all know that we will be healthier if we eat a good diet and exercise regularly.
However, in reality it can sometime be difficult to always stick to the correct path. This page outlines some key pointers you should adhere to in order to be healthier.

Regular exercise keeps our body healthy and gives us a better chance of living into old age. There are huge health benefits to getting the recommended amount of exercise. For example (Reference, NHS.UK. February 2016), it is medically proven that people who do regular physical activity have:
- Up to a 35% lower risk of coronary heart disease and stroke
- Up to a 50% lower risk of type 2 diabetes
- Up to a 20% lower risk of breast cancer
- A 30% lower risk of early death
