My Generation – free support for over 50s in Bridgend

My Generation – free support for over 50s in Bridgend

My Generation is a free programme to help those of us over 50 to improve our wellbeing, together.

We know that getting older has its challenges – for example leaving work, loneliness, money worries and bereavement – and these can all affect our wellbeing.

That’s where My Generation can help. You can attend up to eight group sessions where you’ll find out about staying mentally well while enjoying activities such as arm chair aerobics, mindfulness, craft, guest speakers and spending time with others.

You’ll also be able to find out about other projects in your area that could help you, and how you can help others.

Anyone over 50 living in Bridgend can take part free of charge.
