We are extremely proud to announce that we have been shortlisted in the ‘Primary Care Innovation’ category for the 2018 HSJ Awards. The work we have carried out using a collaborative approach to standardise care across our 6 GP practices in Bridgend has been noticed and we are thrilled.
The entire PYB Health team are working tirelessly to bring care between practices closer together, so the recognition for achievements in this area is really positive.
With a high calibre judging panel including Aidan Fowler the Director of NHS Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, we are honoured to be given the recognition for the work we have carried out within Primary Care Innovation.
Along with the other finalists, the PYB Health team will undergo extensive judging throughout October, with the winner being announced on the 21st November at an awards Ceremony being held at London’s Intercontinental O2.
