Appointments – 01656 867900
The appointment system is changing as we try to accommodate the current levels of elevated demand. We plan to introduce the MySurgery app to allow online booking and further features soon. In the meantime, we have a finite number of appointments available with our Doctors and nurses and these are bookable by phone 01656 867900. All urgent requests will be triaged by our Doctors and nurses. Further updates to follow – please see our Blog section.
We ask that any requests for home visits to housebound patients are phoned through by 10.30 am

Call: 01656 867900
From our experience with the GP triage and callback system, we know that many patients found it useful to be able to discuss a problem with a GP on the phone without attending surgery. This is suitable for any problems where there is no need to attend surgery in person (such as discussion about a result, medication or an enquiry about a health matter). These appointments are still available and we encourage patients to make use of them whenever possible because it saves you having to come to the surgery and often allows the GP to deal with more cases than the traditional face to face appointment.

Call: 01656 867900
Housecalls are for genuinely housebound and terminally ill patients only. The Doctor will usually phone to check details of your problem before visiting.
Please phone before 10.30am whenever possible so that Doctors can allocate housecalls efficiently.
